Santa Dora Hospital went above and beyond with utmost care and hospitality for my brother who … More was admitted and to our family who came to visit him.
The rooms are very clean and spacious, the bathroom is of a good standard and each morning the room is cleaned well.
There is a small lighting issue as one of the dimmable lights flickers on and off occasionally, this was rather distracting but not problematic.
Food service was brilliant. My brother was well fed and each meal he had were of a very high quality. I was quite surprised with the standard of food served. They provided for the family to eat also from the same menu.
Tea and water was available at all times.
The care that was given was amazing to say the least. My brother felt well looked after and as a family we felt very involved with what was going on and given in-depth information.
The nurses were very kind and courteous, talkative and friendly.
We did not feel like we overstayed our welcome when visiting our brother. It was a very calm and safe environment for us all.
The hospital in general is very clean and bright.
When it came to the bill payment it was swift and without any issues.
Obviously this isn't a place I'm in a hurry to return to (it's still a hospital, not exactly a fun holiday). But if I ever do find myself back here again I will not be aggrieved.

They can diagnose & treat any rare disease with pin point accuracy & treat it physically & mentally in unexplainable ways. Santa Dora is a place of wonders. The experience i had & the way they showed the right path to recovery. No amount of words would justify how remarkable these people are. Very grateful that i got to meet these loving people. The nursing staff was caring and attentive, providing regular monitoring and follow-up with ward doctors and consultants. The hospital has the ability to carry out most tests in-house, including X-rays, abdominal scans, and echocardiograms etc...The ward doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to gather as much information from me as possible to share with the consultant physician. This ensured that they were able to make informed decisions and reach accurate conclusions about my condition. Even after I was discharged, they followed up with me regarding the pending test results, which was very reassuring.I had a pleasant stay overall, thanks to the excellent care provided by the hospital staff. They were very accommodating of my meal preferences, offering options for all three meals and even extra meal options. I appreciate their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible.Overall, I highly recommend this hospital for anyone in need of medical care.
